okay hi welcome to my channel my name is paul and im a pathologist in small russian city its my first video so i feel really awkward speaking with my camera im not sure about my english skills because i havent practiced it for a huge period of time and now its like rusty will not very beautiful to see and quite awful in terms of pronunciation and grammar but i decided to create this channel because ing to one linguistic theory gaining of practical skills in using a foreign language literally changing our minds changing our ways of perception information outside skull outside our brain and i find it really interesting and i want to try it to myself i want to experience this stuff because when i was uh in a short trip abroad i had to speak in english for for a week without any without any breaks and it was pretty unusual for me because uh at the end of the third day i started to think in english i started to see dreams in english and uh sometimes i even forget about uh my own russia
