hi this is gary with macmost now on todays episode lets look at the different printing options in address book so while address book lacks great export options it has some fantastic ways to print lets look at all the different ones so here we are in address book and if you go to print you get a fairly standard print dialog but if you expand it you can see that there are a ton of different options so for instance we can select from different styles and you can see that theres four of them now mailing labels and envelopes the first two are pretty much what you would expect you can select the addresses some different options about them you can choose in the layout different types of mailing labels and envelopes to print to and even the orientation of the envelope so its basically what you would expect the real interesting stuff starts when you look at lists so you can do a list here and choose exactly which attributes of the contacts to print out you can also choose the orientation

Correctly formatting the mailing address on any letter you send out can help get your mail to its recipient as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you know youve used the right address format, you wont have to fret about whether your letter will arrive or get lost once youve dropped it in your mail box.
