I have a print out here with data that I would like to get into Microsoft Excel, but I definitely dont want to have to manually type that in. Luckily, I can take a picture on either my PC or on my phone, and I can convert that into data, and it works surprisingly well. Lets check out how to do this. Here on my PC, I have a somewhat grainy looking image that I would like to bring into Excel. To bring this image into Excel, up on the top tabs, lets click on the one titled data. Over on the left-hand side, lets select the from picture icon and here we see the option for picture from file. Lets click on that. You can now navigate to where you have the picture on your PC. Ill select this image and over on the right-hand side now, it looks like its analyzing my image and its also preparing my data. I bet its going to do this a lot faster than I could. Its now successfully finished extracting my data, but I notice that a few of these items down below are red.

Make an Excel form. Select the Developer tab in the top menu. Under Control, select Insert and choose the form element you need. Place the element on the spreadsheet. Right-click the element and select Format Controls to change its settings.
The process is easy if youve created your Microsoft survey form already: In Microsoft Forms, go to Responses at the top-right. Click Open in Excel on the right side of the screen to download the current responses to your computer. You have to repeat this process each time you want to get a response update.

In Acrobat Pro, you go to Prepare Forms, and then its a little hidden. You click More in the right hand panel to expand it, then you can select Merge Data Files into Spreadsheet.
Put the mouse pointer over the bottom right-hand corner of the cell until its a black plus sign. Click and hold the left mouse button, and drag the plus sign over the cells you want to fill. And the series is filled in for you automatically using the AutoFill feature.
Can I open a DB file in Excel? Yes. In the Data tab, select Get Data From Database, then choose the program you want to import the DB file from.
Create an Automatic Form in Excel Return to your data sheet. Select all your data. Select the entire first row and then press ctrl - shift -down arrow. The entire range of your data will be selected, click the form button on your Quick Access Tool bar.
Try it! Select a cell within your data. Select Home Format as Table. Choose a style for your table. In the Format as Table dialog box, set your cell range. Mark if your table has headers. Select OK.
