In this tutorial, Andrew Childress from Tuts+ teaches how to convert Keynote presentations to PowerPoint. Keynote is a powerful tool for creating presentations, but it may not be fully compatible with other applications. To export a Keynote presentation to PowerPoint, go to the File menu and select the "Export To" option, then choose PowerPoint. Users can add a password to restrict access and select between PPTX and PPT formats, the latter being suitable for older PowerPoint versions but potentially compromising some compatibility. After saving the file, the presentation can be opened in PowerPoint on a Windows machine.
