Words can be added or changed to a quote by using brackets. Changes can be used to correct tense or to add necessary information. Brackets can also be used to make the pronouns in a quote consistent. However, brackets should not be used to change the meaning of the quote.
Within the Document Template Configure Setting, youll be presented with a list of your existing document templates. Click the pencil icon against the Single Quote Document Template. In the side bar, click the Edit button to open the template within Word.
Salesforce CPQ creates quote documents as PDFs by default. You can add a setting to user profiles that lets users choose between PDF or Microsoft Word . doc output on the Generate Document page.
You start by navigating to the Quote Templates tab. In the navigation bar, click Quote Templates. Click New. For Template Name, enter AW Proposal . Check Default. For Top Margin, enter 0.5 .
