Select File Export. Click Create PDF/XPS Document, then click Create PDF/XPS. In the Publish as PDF or XPS dialog box, choose a location to save the file to. If you want it to have a different name, enter it in the File name box.
Windows users Open the print menu by pressing Ctrl+P. Under the Printer drop-down menu, select Microsoft Print to PDF or Save as PDF. (The exact wording may vary by browser.) Click Print.
Print Multiple PowerPoint Slides on one Page In PowerPoint, with your presentation open, click File then Print. In the Print window, in the Settings section, click the Full Page Slides drop-down menu. In the Handouts section of the drop-down menu, choose a multiple slide handout.
If you have PowerPoint 2010 or more recent, you can save your PowerPoint file as a PDF file with 3 slides per page and note lines to the right. For PowerPoint 2016/2013: Open your PowerPoint and click on File. Click on Export, choose Create PDF/XPS Document, then click on the box that says Create PDF/XPS.
PDF slideshows have several advantages. You might be creating a presentation from a PDF as your original document. In that case, theres no need to complicate your process and convert your PDF into another format. Unlike other presentation methods like PowerPoint, you can present your PDF on any device.
Printing and Saving as PDF To save as a PDF, go to File, choose Save As, and then choose PDF or XPS. Settings: Slides: This is where you can choose to print all slides, one slide, or a custom range of slides (type the range of slides in the box underneath).
Save PowerPoint presentations as PDF files Select File Export. Click Create PDF/XPS Document, then click Create PDF/XPS. In the Publish as PDF or XPS dialog box, choose a location to save the file to. Optionally, if you want to change what the final PDF file is like, do any of the following: Click Publish.
Print slides with or without speaker notes Click File Print. Under Settings, click the second box (which defaults to say Full Page Slides), then under Print Layout, click Notes Pages. Put in the other settings, such as which slides you want, how many copies, and so on. Click Print.
