Heres how: Open Google Docs and select the New button. Select File Upload and choose the desired PDF file. Once the file has been uploaded, right-click the file image thumbnail and select Open with Google Docs. It will be automatically converted to text.
The Text Selection tool may not be selected: Choose Tools Text Selection, or click the Show Markup Toolbar button , then click the Text Selection button . The PDF may require a password before you can select or copy text: Choose Tools Show Inspector, click the Encryption Inspector button , then enter the password.
Open the PDF document using a PDF reader, such as docHub Reader. Select the text you want to extract by dragging your mouse cursor over the desired area. Right-click on the selected text and choose the Copy option. Open a text editor or word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs).
One option is to utilize online converters like HiPDF PDF to Text. Just upload the PDF file to the website, and it will convert the PDF file into a downloadable text file. Alternatively, you can use free software such as LibreOffice or OpenOffice. These applications allow you to import PDFs and save them as text files.
How to Export PDF Annotations to Apple Notes for Mac Open the PDF document in Highlights. From the menu bar choose File Open. Locate and select the file you want to open, then click Open: Click the Share icon. This will bring up the export menu: Select Apple Notes. Your note opens in Apple Notes.
