hey yall this is jack mcgavock technology design coach and in this video ill be showing you how you can create a meeting and then convert it to a webinar later so as we know we have limited webinar licenses in our district so when you click on webinars it probably tells you you need to get in touch with your admin to get it so submit a service now ticket and say uh what date and time you need the webinar license and we will give it to you but what you can do in the meantime is you can essentially get your webinar ready before you actually have webinar access so to do that go to meetings schedule a meeting put the title of your webinar here description if you would like set the date and time when its going to take place the duration you could set it to be a recurring webinar if you want um though for calendaring purposes i recommend just setting a date and time for it and then if you are wanting to do registration for your webinar where you want the people who are going to come to a
