Open PowerPoint, and click Home New Slide. Select Slides from Outline. Find and select the Word document in the Insert Outline dialog box, and click Insert. A new slide will be created for each Heading 1 in you document.
Copy and Paste To insert a PDF file into PowerPoint, first, navigate to the location of the PDF file. Right-click and copy the file or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C. Now, open PowerPoint and choose the slide where you want to paste the file.
Select File Export. Click Create PDF/XPS Document, then click Create PDF/XPS. In the Publish as PDF or XPS dialog box, choose a location to save the file to. If you want it to have a different name, enter it in the File name box.
In the presentation that has the slide master you want to copy, on the View tab, select Slide Master. In the slide thumbnail pane, right-click the slide master, and then select Copy.
How to convert PDF file into PowerPoint: Open a PDF document in Acrobat. Click on the Export PDF tool in the right pane. Choose Microsoft PowerPoint as your export format. Click Export. If your PDF contains scanned text, Acrobat will run optical character recognition (OCR) automatically. Save as new file:

In PowerPoint, select the slide that you want to add the file to, and then select Insert Object. In the Insert Object box, select Create from file, and then enter the PDF file location; or, click Browse, find the PDF file, and then select OK. This makes the PDF file part of the presentation file.
Select File New from Template. The PowerPoint Presentation Gallery opens. On the left, under Templates, click My Templates. Select a template file and then click Choose.
