Most PowerPoint presentations are in landscape format, but occasionally, portrait orientation is needed. To change the slide orientation, start by accessing the Design tab in PowerPoint. Locate the Slide Size option on the far right and select Custom Slide Size. Choose the Portrait option to rotate the slides 90 degrees. You'll then need to decide between "Maximize" and "Ensure Fit" to reformat the slides. The "Ensure Fit" option is recommended as it scales the content down appropriately. After making your choice, click OK. Note that existing presentations will require reformatting and rearranging after this change.
