In today's tutorial, we learn how to quickly insert a large number of pictures into a Word document using the merge printing function to create certificates or name tags for employees. The process starts by opening an Excel file containing employee information. To print the photos for each employee, we need to specify the file location of each photo by adding an "address" column in Excel. After selecting the first employee's image file, we access its properties to copy the file path. This path is then pasted into the address column of the Excel sheet. To complete the image path, we append the file name based on the employee ID sequence, using a formula that begins with an equal sign and incorporates an ampersand.
