In this video tutorial, the presenter demonstrates how to quickly insert a large number of pictures into a Word document using the merge printing function. The goal is to create name tags for 20 employees. The process begins by opening an Excel file containing employee information. To associate each employee with their photo, a new column titled "address" is created, where the file location of each photo is entered. The presenter explains how to find the file path by right-clicking the employee's image file and copying the file properties. The complete image path is established by also including the file name, which corresponds to the employee ID number. Finally, the address is converted into a formula for ease of use.
