In this tutorial, Andrew Childress from TutsPlus demonstrates how to convert a Keynote presentation to PowerPoint. He explains that while Keynote is excellent for creating presentations, it may have compatibility issues with other applications. He starts by navigating to the file menu in Keynote and selecting "Export To," then choosing the PowerPoint option. Users can opt to add a password for access restrictions and select between PPT X and PPT formats from the advanced drop-down menu. PPT format is for older PowerPoint versions but may result in some compatibility losses. He proceeds to save the file and opens it in PowerPoint on a Windows machine.
