ill be showing how to insert and embed a form into a microsoft powerpoint deck im using microsoft powerpoint thats part of office 365 and thats what youll need to do this now lets start out ive got my slide deck open here in philosophy and im going to go to the insert menu right here there is a forms button so when i click forms whats going to happen on the right side its loaded all the forms and quizzes that ive already prepared so ive got a philosophy quiz and a couple other forms now to start out well keep this simple im going to put a form quiz right onto this slide so ive selected the slide and ive got the form here and im just going to choose insert now you can see it inserted that philosophy quiz right onto the slide now its ready to go its really easy another note if you want to change something on that theres a little fly out right here if i click it youll see i can choose to select or delete so this allows me to manipulate the actual form that is embedde
