In this tutorial, Andrew Childress explains how to convert Keynote presentations to PowerPoint. While Keynote is useful for creating presentations, compatibility issues with other applications can arise. To convert a Keynote file, go to the file menu, select "Export," and then choose "PowerPoint." Users have the option to add a password for restricted access and select between PPTX, which is compatible with newer versions of PowerPoint, and PPT, meant for older versions but may lead to feature compatibility issues. After saving the file, the tutorial continues with opening the presentation in PowerPoint on a Windows machine.
