This video tutorial demonstrates how to save an Excel worksheet as a PDF in landscape orientation. To do this, first select the Page Layout tab and choose Landscape under Orientation. Then, click the Page Setup button to ensure the landscape orientation is selected and fits to one page. Adjust margins by selecting Center on Page Horizontally and then click OK. Click on the Page tab in the editors toolbar and select the Page Numbers option. A dialog box will appear, allowing you to customize the appearance and placement of the page numbers. Choose the desired options and click Apply. The page numbers will be added to your PDF document.
Here are the steps to follow: Open your Excel workbook. Click on File in the top-left corner of the screen. Select Save As. Choose PDF (*. Click on the Options button. In the Publish Options section, select Minimum size (publishing online). Click on OK. Choose a location to save the PDF file.
