You can easily fit content onto one page by following these steps: Select Page Layout. Choose the Page tab from the Page Setup dialog box. Choose Fit to under Scaling. Choose one page wide by one tall in the Fit to boxes to fit your content on one page. Select OK at the bottom of the Page Setup dialog box.
- Export to PDF: Open your LibreOffice document, go to File Export as PDF. Select a name and location for the PDF file. - Save as PDF: Go to File Save As and select PDF as the file type. Provide a name and location for the file.
To save multiple sheets in an Excel workbook as a PDF: Open your Excel workbook. Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard. Click on the tabs of the sheets you want to save as a PDF. Go to File in the top left corner. Choose Save As. Select the location where you want to save the file.
It is because Excel print to PDF all selected sheets to be printed are needed to have same Page setting e.g. Orientation (Portrait or Landscape, Paper Size, Page margin Normal .. Narrow etc.) and especially if any sheet insert page break, you have to ensure to Set Print Area on all pages in that sheet properly.
How to export Excel as PDF as one page? Under Scaling, select the Fit to option. Add 1 to Pages in width and 1 to Tall. Now head to File Save As.
Common formatting issues when converting Excel to PDF. Open the File menu in the top left corner. Click Export. In the panel that appears, click Create PDF/XPS Document. Optimize the file for Standard or Minimum. Click Options and adjust settings, including the area to publish. Click OK. Name the file and click Publish.
