In this video tutorial, the presenter demonstrates how to convert an Outlook email into a Microsoft Word document. First, open Outlook and select the email you wish to convert. After selecting the desired area of the email, right-click and choose "Copy." Next, open Microsoft Word, either in an existing or new document, and paste the copied content using one of the five available paste options: use destination theme, keep source formatting, merge formatting, picture, or keep text only. The presenter selects the first paste option. Once pasted, users can customize and modify the email content using all the features available in Microsoft Word, such as changing images and text.

Choose File Save As, and then choose Word Document (*. docx) from the file type drop-down before choosing Save.
Go to File Open. Find the PDF and open it (you might have to select Browse and find the PDF in a folder). Word tells you that its going to make a copy of the PDF and convert its contents into a format that Word can display.
To convert a PDF to Word, you can simply right-click the file and choose Open with Word. You can also open a PDF in Google Docs and download it as a Word file, or export it to Word in docHub.
1. Open Outlook the specified Word document as you need, and view this two applications side by side as below screenshot shown. 2. Select emails in Outlook, drag and drop them into the Word document.
Right-click the PDF file and, in the pop-up menu, click Open with. Right click and choose to open the PDF with Microsoft Word. Click OK to allow Word to convert the selected PDF. Use the file picker icon to select your PDF. Once you open the PDF in Google Drive, choose to open it in Google Docs.
Copy the message body Open the message or click the message body in the Reading Pane. Press Ctrl+A to select the entire body of the message. Press Ctrl+C to copy the contents to the Windows clipboard. Open a Word document. Press Ctrl+V to paste the contents from the Windows clipboard into the document.
Click the Select a file button above or drag and drop a PDF into the drop zone. Select the PDF you want to convert to the DOCX file format. Watch Acrobat automatically convert the file from PDF to Word document. Download the converted Word document or sign in to share it.
