This video tutorial demonstrates converting an HTML document to a PDF format using a Java Maven project. A new Maven project is created in Spring Tool Suite by selecting Maven archetype Quick Start, specifying group IDE as "org.apache.maven" and artifact ID as "HTML to PDF". Additional dependencies for jsoup and flying saucer PDF are added to the project. The Java class in the project is a simple one with a "hello world" message. The HTML file to be converted to PDF is located in the "HTML to PDF" folder in the file explorer.
