The first method involves copying and pasting the data: select the data in Excel, right-click to copy, then right-click in PowerPoint to paste it, and adjust size and location as needed. The second method is to insert the Excel sheet as a linked object. This is done by going to the Insert tab, finding the Text section, and selecting "Object."
