To start, navigate to "my scorecard form" and select the desired scorecard period by clicking the corresponding radio button, then click "next." After selecting the scorecard period form, click the "evaluate" button. If the mid-year evaluation date has passed, click "proceed" to continue. Users then select the scorecard period again and click "evaluation." A form will appear, which must be filled out with the required details. Once completed, click the "save as draft" button.
