How to Print Excel Sheet on One Page (Fit to One Page) Adjust the Column Width (or Row height) Change the Scaling (Fit All Rows/Columns in One Page) Hide or Delete Rows/Columns. Change the Page Orientation. Change the Page Margins. Reduce the Font Size.
Open the Excel spreadsheet where you want to save the data and click the Data tab. In the Get External Data group, click From Text. Select the TXT or CSV file you want to convert and click Import.
On the External Data tab, in the Export group, click Excel. In the Export - Excel Spreadsheet dialog box, review the suggested file name for the Excel workbook (Access uses the name of the source object). If you want, you can modify the file name.
