hi guys a new way to control the emails that your clients receive so all emails that go to your clients are controlled by the notify tab so if notifications are turned on this is going to be blue and this means that this person will receive notifications now which notifications they will receive you can now control in this new menu called notification preferences so this gives you the ability to control which specific automated emails this contact will receive so for example if you have one client that only needs to know when they have to sign something you can remove all of these notifications and they will only be notified when they have to sign a contract or when theres a signature request lets go through these one by one first off this link will take you to a help article which will explain this in further detail but ill walk through it in this video contract theyll receive all notifications about uh contracts being prepared for them ready to sign documents file upload means t
