Click the Page Layout tab, and then select Columns. Choose the format of your columns. You can select a preset, automatically formatted number of columns with equal spacing by clicking One, Two, Three, or Four. You can also manually select the number, width, and spacing of the columns by clicking More columns.
Select one or more cells in a range, table, or PivotTable report. On the Home tab, in the Style group, click the arrow next to Conditional Formatting, and then click Top/Bottom Rules. Select the command you want, such as Top 10 items or Bottom 10 %. Enter the values you want to use, and then select a format.

On the Home tab, click the Format Cell Font popup launcher. You can also press Ctrl+Shift+F or Ctrl+1. In the Format Cells popup, in the Protection tab, uncheck the Locked box and then click OK. This unlocks all the cells on the worksheet when you protect the worksheet.
