good morning everybody thank you very much for attending this presentation my name is the God okagawa I work for cinco soft the company which produces the oxygen XML editor software solution under as we are a software manufacturer we need a nuisance manual in order to explain to our end users how our product can be used the purpose of this presentation is to show you just about everything that we do internally in order to coordinate our development effort for oxygen and our users manual and this will also cover workflows on the version control how how we collaborate with each other and maybe at the end of this presentation you will get some ideas about how to do data on your side or at least eliminate the notion that data is an expensive solution we have two technical writers we have a couple of contributors occasional contributors we have a couple of reviewers so we tried not to have an expensive solution for for producing our users manual using data this is me I about 10 years of XML
