A funding agreement legally contract parties, typically funder recipient, outlines terms conditions support. The agreement specifies the amount of funding, the purpose for which it will be used, the repayment or return requirements (if applicable), and other relevant terms.
Table Funding means a scenario where a loan is closed in ones name with funds provided by a third party, with the loan being reassigned to the third party within 24 hours of the loans closing.
The practice commonly known as table funding is not permitted under the California Financing Law.
