hi Iamp;#39;m Christina - Iamp;#39;m the computer web specialist and today Iamp;#39;m going to show you on how to use a style separator using Microsoft Word now if we open our Microsoft Word we shall see that we have two sentences and there are already joined together with Snyder and to do an effect like that we need to first use the cell separator command so to get that we click on file options customize ribbon and under choose commands from we will click all commands and now weamp;#39;re going to select style separator right here and then we click on add and now as you can see it says commands can only be added to custom groups so to create a custom group we simply click on new group and select the custom group we wanted to add it to and you can see I already have styles new group custom so this simply click on OK after you click on add simply click on OK and you shall see a style separator in your ribbon now to do this effect again we just do like blue size 20 font today I went

The Hide Until Used option is located in the Recommend tab in the Manage Styles dialog box that is in the Styles Window (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S). Hide Until Used allows you to hide any style that is not being used at the current time.
On the Home tab, right-click any style in the Styles gallery and click Modify. In the Formatting section, make any formatting changes you want, such as font style, size, or color, alignment, line spacing, or indentation. Choose whether the style change applies to the current document or to all future documents.
You can quickly add an outline level and make part of your document collapsible by adding a heading using Words built-in styles. After applying the heading style, youll see a small triangle when you move your cursor over the heading. Click the triangle to collapse the body text and subheadings below it.
In Word, go to File Info Protect Document and select Restrict Editing. On the right side of your document, a Restrict Editing pane appears for formatting and editing restrictions. Here, you can give people permission to read your document, select which parts they can edit, and choose how they do it.
At the bottom of the dropdown list, click on Manage Styles. In the Style Manager dialog box, switch to the Used tab. Select the styles you want to hide by unchecking the checkboxes next to them. Click OK to hide the selected styles.
Check the box next to Limit formatting to a selection of styles to prevent people from changing the formatting of your document. Click Settings to open a Formatting Restrictions pop-up window, which shows all style changes that are allowed by default.
Assign a password to a template Open the template that you want to assign a password to. On the Review tab, in the Protect group, click Restrict Editing. Under Start enforcement, click Yes, Start Enforcing Protection. Type a password in the Enter new password (optional) box, and then confirm the password.
To use your favorite font in Word all the time, set it as the default. Go to Home, and then select the Font dialog box launcher at the bottom right corner of the Font group, or press CTRL+D. Select the font and size you want to use. Select Set As Default. Select one of the following: This document only. Select OK twice.
