hi Iamp;#39;m Scott with Weatherall company and Iamp;#39;m going to discuss basically how to call a log home that is a mil log home with the tummy groove system on it these are known as Chiklis style homes but what happens sometimes over time specific the logs have too much moisture moisture content the logs is high is over time the logs can twist and this tongue and groove system can get compromised via water and air infiltration in there you know this is a thereamp;#39;s big debate out there if I owned the tub root system log home I just go ahead and call the whole thing itamp;#39;s easy to do and Iamp;#39;m going to run a quick demonstration on how to do that what I do is I usually put the beam on about a half inch thick and I donamp;#39;t have one on on this caulking tube but usually I use one of these tips I can cut it back further so I can get a larger diameter tip and it helps put a larger diameter bead on there and usually that comes with one of these guns with the thread
