Add an image to your Mac Mail signature Open your Finder to locate the image you want to add to your signature; select the image and then drag and drop it into the Signature section of the Apple Mail app.
You can still change or remove signatures automatically added to your Apple Mail emails. To do this, use the Signature dropdown menu in a new email and select None to delete the signature, or choose a different signature to replace your default one.
Note: In addition, you can remove a signature by selecting the arrow next to the signature in the Signature Pane. Select Remove Signature.
Create signatures In the Mail app on your Mac, choose Mail Settings, then click Signatures. In the left column (account list), select the email account where you want to use the signature. How to remove digital signatures using Preview on macOS Open the PDF file in Preview. Open the Markup toolbar, and choose the Rectangular Selection box. Click on the signature. If users signed the file outside of Preview, they might need to select Tools Redact to redact the signature from the document.
Remove the background from an image In the Preview app on your Mac, click the Show Markup Toolbar button (if the Markup toolbar isnt showing), then click the Instant Alpha button (or use the Touch Bar). Drag over part of the background. To delete the selected area, press Delete.
