How do I make my PDF digital signature visible?

Click on the Signature Properties button to check signature properties. In the signature Properties window click Show Signers Certificate button. Following screen will be displayed once you click on it. Initially you will get the summary of the Digital Signature in the certificate viewer window.

How can I secure my signature?

Each signature must be secured with a digital signature which can resist to current and future security attacks. A comprehensive audit trail should include the date and time of each signature. The audit trail must be securely embedded in the document. The audit trail must be linked to each signature.

Why is the digital signature not visible in PDF?

When you use the SignFile function to add a digital signature to a PDF it adds an invisible digital signature which is not shown on any of the pages in the document.

Why does my PDF signature disappear?

Printing a PDF, even as an docHub PDF, automatically removes digital signatures. Depending on the field flags, it may leave the signature appearance in the file. But the resulting PDF is not protected by a digital signature anymore.

How do I remove an invisible signature from a PDF?

How to remove digital signatures using docHub Open the PDF file in docHub. Navigate to the Edit tab. Select the signature with Control-Click on Windows or Command-Click on macOS. Select Delete or Clear Signature from the context menu.

How to view an invisible signature in PDF?

Instead the digital signature can be viewed by opening the PDF in docHub Reader, docHub or another application like Nitro PDF Professional, and clicking on the Signatures tab which can usually be seen on the left-side of the application.
