How to password protect a signature?

To keep your electronic signature safe, you should always protect the document from editing. Open the PDF document with docHub Pro/Reader DC or XI application. On the right side, click Protect to open the Protect options. Click on Protect Using Password option.

How do I prevent my signature from being copied in PDF?

How to lock a PDF form after signing it Open a PDF in docHub Pro and choose Forms Signatures Prepare Form. Double-click the necessary signature field to open its Properties. In Signed, tick the box Mark as read-only. Save changes.

How to keep your signature safe?

Tips for your signature ensure that it is produced fast and fluidly (dont write it slowly like text) try to be consistent when you sign your signature dont make it a carbon copy each time, but keeping it generally similar each time is the key.

How do I stop my digital signature from being copied?

Change this as you send out a document: On the send page, after you add a document, you will see the buttons Signed PDF copying and Signed PDF Printing at the foot of that document section. When a little tick mark appears, copying and printing are enabled. If they are disabled there will be an x mark.

The audit trail must be securely embedded in the document. The audit trail must be linked to each signature.
