Can you cover text in ?

Using the Document Markup feature, recipients can make changes to a document. Recipients can use the markup tool to: White out, or cover up, document text to show deletions.

How do I change the visibility in ?

Set Document Visibility Select ACTIONS and then select Advanced Options: Under Recipient Privileges, select Recipients must be signers to view signed documents to turn on document visibility.

How do I make read only?

In the properties panel, select the Read Only check box. For recipients, the field is now read only and cannot be changed.

In your envelope or template, place a text field on your document. Select the text field to open the properties panel. Expand the Formatting section. Mark the formatting option Hide text with asterisks.

All recipients in an envelope within eSignature will always be able to view each others email addresses.
