Gently sand down the scratches until you cant feel them. After that, spray the plastic surface with a plastic cleaner and use a microfiber towel to wipe off the dirt and residue. Then, use the polishing/buffing pads to liberally apply polish to the sanded area.
Use only fine-grit sandpaper (400 to 600 grit) that has been soaked in water for several minutes and wrapped around a sanding block to help you lightly buff out the scratch going only with the grain. Clean the surface with vinegar and a damp microfiber cloth to remove all of the grit.
If someone claims that WD-40 can hide scratches, they might be referring to a temporary effect where applying WD-40 to a scratched surface can make the scratches less visible. This effect is due to the oil-based nature of WD-40 temporarily filling in the scratches and making them appear less prominent.
You can purchase an interior plastic cleaner or mix white vinegar and water equal parts into a clean spray bottle. Apply the mixture to the dashboard, door panel, or any other interior with scratches or scuffs inside your car. Wipe and dry the surface with a microfiber cloth.
Mix equal parts of white vinegar and water, dampen a cloth or sponge in the solution, and gently rub the scuff marks. The mild acidity of vinegar helps dissolve the scuff without harming the vinyl. Remember to rinse the area with clean water after cleaning and dry it thoroughly.

Just squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto a soft, clean cloth and rub it into the scratch or scuff mark. Rub in a circular motion until the blemish disappears, then buff the area with a clean, dry cloth.
