hi iamp;#39;m going to cover the concept of limiting quality in acceptance sampling but first i want to make it clear and maybe itamp;#39;s a refresher for some of you what it means to use the aql which is a much much more commonly used approach okay and this is uh covered in iso 2859-1 um and some other uh standards okay so eq is means for acceptance quality limit and iamp;#39;m going to go through a simple example here usually we go with level two um and letamp;#39;s say we have a batch of 5000 pieces so weamp;#39;re here and that gives us letter l okay this is just the first table then you go to the next one l gives you 200 pieces to pick out of the 5000 and letamp;#39;s say you have an aq limit of 1.0 okay so this will bring us here five and six as you can see five is acceptance six is rejected so if we look at you know five defectives is okay six is not okay obviously um one is okay two is okay right and then uh seven etc etc are not okay so thatamp;#39;s the way it
