Word examines the document, and then displays the results in a list. The second item in the list is Document Properties and Personal Information. To the right of Document Properties and Personal Information is a button labeled Remove All. Click that button. Next click Close then save your document.
Click the Review tab in the toolbar. Look for the Comments section and click the dropdown menu next to it. Youll see options like: Show Markup, Final Showing Markup, and Final. Select Final and all comments will be gone! Another way to get rid of comments is to use the Track Changes feature.

The Show/Hide button turns hidden characters like spaces, paragraph markers, or tab marks on and off. Go to File Options Display. button is turned on or off. Go to Review Track Changes. In the Track Changes drop-down list, select Off.
If you dont want to permanently delete your comments, but you also dont want to have any on display, you can hide all your comments in Word: Click Review to show all the options. Under Tracking, click Show Markup. Click on comments to deselect and hide your comments.
