The term Undisclosed Recipients is just a synonym for Bcc (Blind carbon copy) the address field you might see when composing an email. When you see an email in your inbox that was addressed to Undisclosed Recipients, that simply means the person sending the email neglected to put anything into the To: box.
When you open a new blank email in Outlook, click on the Options tab. From there, youll want to select the Bcc field in the message header. This is your blind carbon copy option, meaning that your email recipients will not see other names on the list.
To send an email to undisclosed recipients, you need to use the BCC section when adding recipients. BCC stands for Blind Carbon Copy. Overall, sending emails to undisclosed recipients protects the privacy of yourself and the recipients, it also appears cleaner, and professional.
