hi everyone this is hannah from tax dome today iamp;#39;ll be showing you a new feature called conditional sections in organizers conditional sections allows you to show your clients a very small number of questions with the ability to show additional groups of questions based upon client responses this is the same idea as conditions to questions but on groups of questions so for example i have here an organizer entitled did you sell any property this year and in this section you can ask one probing question did you sell any property this year with yes or no options if yes then the client will be shown an entire section with all these questions a free entry question that says what is the property address a number question for what was the sale price and what was the purchase price a radio button question that says was this property your main residence for at least two out of the last five years and a file upload question that says please upload form 1099. but if they answered no then

Enable needs to view role: When selected, senders are able to use the Needs to view recipient action. With this action the recipient must receive the completed documents for the envelope to be completed, but the recipient does not need to sign, initial, date or add information to any of the documents.
All recipients in an envelope within eSignature will always be able to view each others email addresses.
Document visibility allows senders to control which documents each recipient can see in an envelope with multiple documents.
You can also set up shared access to your envelopes through your My Preferences Shared Access. For details, see the topic Share Access to Your Envelopes With Other Account Members. Envelope sharing through shared access is available for active users.
Once you select the documents to send, you can add up to 99 recipients who will receive and sign your documents or receive a copy. You provide an email address and name for each recipient. Recipients dont need a account to open your document and complete their signing action.
Document visibility allows senders to control which documents each recipient can see in an envelope with multiple documents. Note: A document cannot be hidden from a recipient if the recipient has tabs assigned to them on the document.
If a Recipient views the envelope the Sender is emailed a notification of that view and the envelope history and flow reflects that information.
Depending on the account setting for the feature, if you have recipients who are members of your account, you can grant or restrict access to files for which they do not have any assigned fields. Documents without any fields are visible to all recipients.
