How to Hide Text In your envelope or template, place a text field on your document. Select the text field to open the properties panel. Expand the Formatting section. Mark the formatting option Hide text with asterisks. (Recommended) In the Data Label field property, replace the default value with a meaningful name.
Select the Visible toggle for each document type you want to hide. The Visibility status for the document type changes to Hidden. Select Save. You have successfully hidden one or more document types in CLM.
In the New Experience (NDSE), when sending, select the ADD RECIPIENT button to add a new recipient. Change NEEDS TO SIGN to RECEIVES A COPY and then add your CC info for the new recipient.
Enable specify recipients: When selected, senders are able to use the Specify recipients recipient action. This specifies a recipient who can fill in the name and email address of the role recipients who are at their same position or later in the signing order.
This Recipient Role is not enabled in your Admin Settings of your account. Have a Admin go to Settings Sending Settings look for Recipient Roles section check Enable specify recipients and Save. Try a new envelope.
You can use the Contacts list to add recipients from your Address Book or the Directory to the envelopes you send. You can add, update, and delete entries in your Address Book through the My Preferences Account Contacts view.
When you are preparing to send the envelope, scroll down to Advanced Options towards the bottom of the screen and select Edit. Make sure that the box is checked for Allow recipients to edit.
