Add a noindex tag to your page. A noindex tag only blocks your page from showing up in Google search results. Users and other search engines that dont support noindex can still access your page.
A page that is hidden is not accessible through the main website navigation menu, so youll have to provide someone with the direct page link in order for them to view the page. Hidden pages will also be excluded from your XML sitemap to help keep them private.
Take one of the following actions to block your page: Remove the page from your site, or. Require a user login to access the page, or. Use noindex on your page. If using noindex, you must also remove the robots.txt rule that blocks the page to search engines.
