To hide your notes, go to the Notes tab and toggle the Show Notes tool to off.
@silentmike: Further to the above, simply open the Samsung Notes app Press and hold on a note, then tap on any others you want to include Tap the 3 dots in the bottom right corner Move to Secure Folder. Alternatively, after pressing and holding on the note, tap Lock at the bottom of the screen.
