for most web devs CSS margin is one of the first things you learn sadly itamp;#39;s also one of the worst I can almost never recommend using margins in CSS shares is one of Theoamp;#39;s big bold assertions but seriously donamp;#39;t keep using margin until youamp;#39;ve watched this whole video because I think youamp;#39;re going to be surprised about some of these problems letamp;#39;s Dive Right In the first thing I want to talk about is more around the mindset this isnamp;#39;t necessarily a bug in margin like a thing that itamp;#39;s doing wrong so much as the reason why I donamp;#39;t think it makes sense with modern web dev mindsets usually nowadays when we make a web app weamp;#39;re not making all the HTML top to bottom weamp;#39;re actually making individual elements called components that are structured reused and composed throughout our applications in that mental model margins break down fast as Jane put it in this tweet that has not left my brain since I first

What does margin: 40px 100px 120px 80px signify? This is a shorthand manner to specify the margins for all four sides of an element.
The CSS margin properties are used to create space around elements, outside of any defined borders. With CSS, you have full control over the margins. There are properties for setting the margin for each side of an element (top, right, bottom, and left).
Both the margin property and the padding property insert space around an element. However, the difference is that margin inserts the space around the border, while padding inserts the space within the border of an element.
The -margins- command estimates the margins of responses for factor variables, so if you have continuous predictors, you need to categorize them or use them as control variables. Always check the margins output and see if the -margins- command is specified correctly.
Click the first of the two margin fields, which is for the top margin, and type 0. That should remove the top margin of the group block.
Adjusting the Margin Size of an HTML Element With CSS You can remove this margin by setting the top and left margin to zero. Like the padding and border, the sizes of specific sides of the margin can be set using margin-left , margin-right , margin-top , and margin-bottom .
In CSS, a margin is the space around an elements border, while padding is the space between an elements border and the elements content. Put another way, the margin property controls the space outside an element, and the padding property controls the space inside an element.
