The binary delimiter to be inserted after the data from each message must be expressed as a comma-separated list of hexadecimal bytes, for example: x34,xE7,xAE .
Reading from a Binary File: We create an InputStream object using the FileInputStream and specify the file name. We use the read() method to read binary data from input stream storing each byte in an integer variable.
Gray Code is a form of binary that uses a different method of incrementing from one number to the next. With Gray Code, only one bit changes state from one position to another. This feature allows a system designer to perform some error checking (i.e., if more than one bit changes, the data must be incorrect).
When reading in text mode, the native newline sequence is translated back to \n. In binary mode, no translation is performed, and the internal representation produced by \n is output directly.
Binary files do not have line delimiters, so the data is stored in a continuous stream of bytes.
EOL in Binary cache binary file ends with a NUL character. Due to the way binary files are organized, any EOL, be it at the end or not, can even be a coincidence.
1 in binary is 1. Unlike the decimal number system where we use the digits 0 to 9 to represent a number, in a binary system, we use only 2 digits that are 0 and 1 (bits). We have used 1 bit to represent 1 in binary.
In binary file, there is no delimiter to end a line. Since they are directly in the form of binary hence there is no need to translate them. Thats why these files are easy and fast in working.
