The legend is a chart element that you can use to display the name and color of a data series. It also allows you to interact with different data series when your chart data has more than one data series. This helps you relate a data plot to its series name using its color.
To show/hide the legends, set the showLegend attribute to 1/0. The default value of this attribute is 1 .
Open the map in which you want to hide a layer in the legend. Click Details and click Contents. , and click Hide in Legend . , and click Show in Legend if you want the layer you previously hid to appear in the legend.
Show or hide a chart legend or data table Select a chart and then select the plus sign to the top right. Point to Legend and select the arrow next to it. Choose where you want the legend to appear in your chart.
We accomplish this by using the command fig. updatelayout(showlegend=False). This command sets the showlegend attribute to False, effectively hiding the legend.
You may set the legend argument to False to hide the legend, which is shown by default. You may pass logy to get a log-scale Y axis.
To remove the legend completely, set the Legend. Visible property to false.
Click Format to open the chart formatting options. In the Chart pane, expand the Legend section. Add or edit the Legend to meet your needs. Use the switch to show or hide the legend.
