Contact us
Go to BPI Online or Mobile app. Click Forgot Password. Type your username and select product type. Type your deposit account number, credit card customer number, or loan account number. Enter your date of birth. Create a new password and confirm the password by retyping it. Click Next and type your One-Time PIN.
Your PDAX account number is based on your verified mobile number with PDAX with the country code (e.g., 639x for Philippine mobile numbers). Please be very careful when entering your account information for Instapay transfers. Double check to make sure everything is correct.
The Philippine Digital Asset Exchange Inc. (PDAX) is an entity regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) ().
(If you have forgotten your Transaction password, you can use the facility available in Options User Profile Forgot Transaction Password to reset transaction password by entering Mobile number and validating OTP and ATM card credentials.
Step 2: On the Reset Password using e-Filing OTP page, select the Day, Month Year of Birth as per the format and click Continue. Step 3: On the Reset Password using e-Filing OTP page, enter the two separate 6-digit OTPs received on your mobile number and email ID registered on e-Filing portal and click Verify.
If you received an error message that your account is locked upon logging in, you may have entered an incorrect password multiple times. To unlock your account: Return to the login screen and click or tap on Forgot password. Enter your registered PDAX email address on the forgot password screen.
Go to the login page and click Forgot password. Enter the email address that you used to create your PDAX account and click reset password. You will receive an email with a 6-digit one-time password (OTP). Check your spam or junk folder if you cant find our email in your inbox.
PDAX Account Verification Log in to your PDAX account. Click or tap on Verify my account. Fill in the Basic Information form. Proceed to the biometric check. Upload a valid ID. After uploading the required documents, you will be notified via email of the status of your verification request.
