Welcome to my channel. I am Chris Menard. Letamp;#39;s take a look at printing in Microsoft Excel. Letamp;#39;s dive in right now. We have this Excel file running. It is human resource data. Iamp;#39;ve got a list of employees, their hire date, social, payroll information, and department and family type. I want to go to File, Print. You can also do Control, and the letter P is the keyboard shortcut for File, Print. Print Preview opens. On page one at the top, at the very top is the header row that I had running. You can scroll down with either your mouse using the scroll wheel, and if you notice, Iamp;#39;ve got a total of 12 pages at the very bottom. The issue is when I get to page 7, I had columns over to the far right in my data that are now taking up pages 7 through 12. And again, the header row repeated at the top of page 7, but not on the other pages. I could change the orientation from portrait to landscape, but I want to keep this portrait and I w

There is a keyboard shortcut to hide/unhide text in Word. It is Ctrl+Shift+H. 2. Headings marked as hidden will not be displayed in your automatic Table of Contents when it is updated.
It might be two things: Go to the View tab in the Ribbon at the top of the Word window. Click on Print Layout. Or it is just hidden. Do this to unhide it.
To prevent others from editing the header and footer, you need to protect the sheet. Go back to your Excel sheet, right-click on the sheet tab at the bottom, and select Protect Sheet. In the Protect Sheet dialog box, you can set a password and select the actions you want to allow users to perform.
The correct answer is CTRL + 9. Press Ctrl + 9 to hide selected rows, Ctrl + Shift + 9 to unhide any hidden rows, Ctrl + 0 (zero) to hide selected columns, and Ctrl + Shift + 0 to unhide any hidden columns.
In MS Word, I can hide and unhide just by selecting what I want hidden and then click the Hide button (or hit Ctrl-Shift-H). Hidden text displays a dotted line under it (if Options Display is set to always show hidden text).
