Actually some of the OOTB themes already have that option, so its just a matter of creating a new theme, assigning it to the pages you want to hide the header on, and configuring that theme to hide the header (usually a checkbox).
Follow this trick to hide/remove the Header/Footer from your Community. Access to Builder - Settings - Advanced - Edit Header Markup: Add follow Style tag, then Save.
Go to Insert Header or Footer, and then select Remove Header or Remove Footer.
Go to Insert Header Footer. On the top right side of the document, select Options Remove Headers Footers.
If you wish to hide the column headers, set the GridView. OptionsView. ShowColumnHeaders property to False.
You cannot directly remove or hide the header from a standard dashboard component using point-and-click configuration options. However, you can achieve this through customization using the Salesforce Lightning Component Framework.
The hidden attribute hides the element. You can specify either hidden (without value) or hidden=hidden. Both are valid. A hidden is not visible, but maintains its position on the page.
