To unhide a sheet: In the bottom left, tap the Menu. Tap the name of the sheet you no longer want hidden. Your sheet will appear at the bottom of your spreadsheet.
To hide a sheet: Open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. Click the sheet you want to hide. On the sheet tab, click the Down arrow . Click Hide sheet. This option wont show if your spreadsheet doesnt contain two or more sheets.
Right-click on the selected rows and choose Group rows [X-Y] from the context menu. Once your rows are grouped, youll see a small minus (-) sign next to the grouped rows on the left-hand side. Click this minus sign to collapse the rows. It will turn into a plus (+) sign.
Ungroup columns On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. Click a row or column to highlight it. Right-click and select Hide row or Hide column from the menu that appears.
Once you have hidden a row, it will disappear from view, but the row number will remain visible. To unhide a row, simply select the rows above and below the hidden row, right-click, and select Unhide rows from the drop-down menu.
To unhide column A, right-click the column B header or label and pick Unhide Columns. To unhide row 1, right-click the row 2 header or label and pick Unhide Rows. Tip: If you dont see Unhide Columns or Unhide Rows, make sure youre right-clicking inside the column or row label.
Grouping Columns in Google Sheets To group columns in Google Sheets, users simply right-click on the column header of the desired range and select Group columns from the menu. Once columns are grouped, users have the ability to expand or collapse the group with a single click on the + (plus) or - (minus) button.
If you need to unhide a column, you can do so by right-clicking on any column header and selecting Unhide column from the menu. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+0 on Windows or Cmd+Shift+0 on Mac.
