You can hide a custom field by clicking Hide on the menubar and selecting the custom field that you would like to hide or show by using the toggle feature.
Under the Field-Level Security section, click View next the object that contains the target field. Click Edit. Uncheck the Visible checkbox next the field youd like to hide. Click Save.
Editing or removing a custom field From the left menu, select Settings. Select Custom fields. Locate the custom field, and then do one of the following: Click Edit to edit the field. Make any necessary changes, and then click Save. Click Delete to remove the field, and then click Delete permanently.
Hide Custom Fields from guests On any of our paid plans, you can show or hide individual Custom Fields from all guests in your Workspace. From the Custom Field Manager, hover over a field and click Edit. In the Edit field sidebar, disable Visible to guests.
Pin a Custom Field from the Custom Field Manager From the sidebar, choose a Space, Folder, or List the Custom Field exists. Hover over a Custom Field and click Edit. In the Settings section of the Edit field modal, enable Pinned. Your Custom Field is pinned and will always display on tasks.
Hide a custom field from the Table view Navigate to the folder, project, or space. Switch to Table view 1. Hover over the custom field which you want to hide and click the three-dot menu 2. Select the Hide column 3 option from the dropdown menu.
To delete a Custom Field from your Workspace: Open the Custom Field Manager. From the sidebar, choose the highest Hierarchy location the Custom Field exists. Hover over the Custom Field you want to remove and click Edit. In the Edit field sidebar, scroll down and click Delete. To confirm, click Delete Everywhere.
To display Custom Fields in List or Table view: Open the view. In the upper-right corner above the task table, click the plus icon. At the bottom of the Create field modal, click Show/Hide. Under the Hidden section, click the toggle next to each Custom Field to display it. Changes are automatically saved.
