hi Iamp;#39;m Tom mullini Iamp;#39;m here today to show you a nice new collaboration feature in Google Docs slides and sheets and that is file approvals now you will only see this in your school or work Google accounts this is not coming to personal Google accounts as best I understand now so letamp;#39;s say Iamp;#39;m a student Iamp;#39;ve done the water cycle assignment here I think Iamp;#39;ve done it as best I can I will click file approvals and now I make a request for an approval and here you can actually go to one of your editors but you can also just add an editor right now but I will go to this person right here I will say I want your approval please approve and letamp;#39;s add a due date we can add a due date and time which is really nice so weamp;#39;ll do both of those and so tomorrow by 2PM and what we can do is we can allow approvers to edit the file we can also lock the file that way if other collaborators enter the file they will know hey this file is locked r

Use collapsible headings in your Google Doc On your computer, open a Google Doc thats in pageless mode. Hover over the heading you want to expand or collapse. To the left of the heading, click Expand heading or Collapse heading .

Then, enter the text you want to redact in the Find field and leave the Replace field blank. Click Replace all, and the text will be hidden.
