so enterprise organizer allows you to redact documents this allows you to hide information confidential that doesnamp;#39;t need to be seen by other parties here i want to actually show you how to redact a scanned image once i have the document open i actually i click the edit pdf image and in earlier videos we went over these tools up here but i want to emphasize the redaction tool here i simply can highlight what i want redacted now when you redact something it actually shows itamp;#39;s been redacted by putting the black mark right over the information so if i wish to redact something else and just simply highlight the portion i want redacted and i can commit the changes this way it will actually flatten the changes right onto the document so you cannot move these redactions off the document enterprise organizer makes it easy for redaction of your scanned documents you

4 Easy steps to redact any text in a document Click Security on the main Power PDF ribbon. Locate the Mark Redaction option and click. Using your mouse cursor, highlight the text you want to redact. Click Apply Redaction, then be sure to save a copy of the document.
Select the Preview button to view the hidden text. Select the Show Preview button at the bottom of the dialogue box. Select Show Hidden Text from the preview of the document. You can scroll through the pages of your PDF using the double arrow buttons on the gray Acrobat navigation bar.
You can undo text that you blacked out in Acrobat by following these steps: Click the Edit tab at the top of the screen. Select Redact Text Images. Remove redactions.
Find and remove hidden content (Acrobat Pro) Open the PDF in Acrobat, and from the global bar do any of the following: Select Sanitize document. Make sure that the check boxes are selected only for the items that you want to remove from the document. Select Remove to delete selected items from the file and select OK.
